Skhêma is a multidisciplinary design consultancy firm with extensive international experience in the fields of architecture, project management and real estate investing advisory. Our team’s diverse background combined with a broad network of local and international collaborators allows us to embrace a wide range of projects on various scales, from public space and urban design to smaller scale commercial and residential developments. Within this context, our work spans all phases of a project from conception to completion and strives for outstanding results both in terms of design and return on investment.

We define the project brief through conducting an initial assessment and feasibility studies. We then build and coordinate a capable team of consultants that will best serve the project’s objectives. Moving to the design considerations, we practice an elegant, bold and context aware architecture that has as its core principles, quality and sustainability. Our focus on passive design methods, materiality and technology, contributes towards design integration and provides cost incentives for our customers but also helps to reduce our impact on the environment.
We then prepare a cost estimation and provide attractive and alternative options according to our client’s budget including a cost/benefit analysis while assessing the return on investment. Throughout the process, we develop extensive sets of 2D drawings, 3D models and visualisations so that our clients can visualise their project prior to work beginning, leaving room for alterations and ensuring the end product meets every specification. Finally, we manage the acquisition of all the necessary planning permissions and coordinate the construction process to ensure the timely delivery of the project within budget and to the highest quality standards. In summary, we offer an end to end service that integrates design, project management and consulting.

Zenon has 15 years’ + experience in leading multiple projects (UK and Internationally) with a direct budget of £5mln to £150mln+ and manages the full project lifecycle in line with Time, Cost, Scope and Quality. From Industry Leading Organizations, like HSBC, Barclays, LBG to Management Consulting Accenture, Zenon can advise on the strategic, investment and operational challenges of a project with a focus on cost efficiency (saved > than £30mln in his career so far), improve profitability and increase the value of the investment by also taking into account the micro economic factors and financial complexities that enables an organisation or an investor to achieve its short and long term objectives.

Spyros is an Architectural Engineer, researcher and educator. He carries an extensive educational background and a diverse professional experience ranging from infrastructure and master-planning projects through high-rise and mixed use developments and all the way down to residential schemes and industrial/furniture design. He gained his invaluable experience through working in some of the most renowned practices around the world including Foster + Partners and AKTII in London, UK. In parallel, he is teaching architectural design and computational research in the UK and abroad and he published / presented his work internationally.
